Policies below are historical.

To withdraw and apply for a refund, please submit the Intent to Withdraw/Refund Request Form. Indicate in the “Reason” field in the form whether you plan to only withdraw from Chinese/Extracurricular (EC) class for this school year, or to depart from our school (to request for service deposit refund).

Tuition refund policy for Chinese classes (including Parent & Me class):

  • 100% tuition refund minus processing fee by October 2, 2022

  • 50% tuition refund minus processing fee between October 3, 2022 and December 4, 2022

  • No tuition refunds given after December 4, 2022

  • Processing fees apply: 

    • Withdrawal from Chinese class only:  $50.00 per student

    • Withdrawal from Chinese class and Extracurricular (EC) class at the same time:  $50.00 per student​

    • Textbook fee will also be deducted.

Tuition refund policy for Extracurricular (EC) class:​

  • 100% refund minus processing fee by October 2, 2022

  • No refunds given after October 2, 2022

  • Processing fee: 

    • Withdrawal from Extracurricular (EC) class only:  $30.00 per student

    • Withdrawal from Chinese class AND Extracurricular (EC) class at same time:  $50.00 per student​

    • If withdrawals from both the Chinese class and EC class are requested separately, separate fees will be charged.​


Our Service Points Deposit refund policy:​
For families departing the school, refund for the Volunteer Service Point Deposit must be requested within one year from the last day of the academic year of last enrollment providing the 20 volunteer service points were fulfilled. Any unfulfilled service points will be subtracted at $20 per point from the deposit.  After that time, no refund will be granted. 


Annual Tuition $900

Applies to PA/PB through 12A/12B and Adult/Teen Classes for 30 weeks of instruction per student.

Discount of $100 applies to Early bird enrollment ($800).  

Parent & Me  $480

New Family Registration fee $100
A non-refundable registration fee applies to all families (including Parent & Me only families).

Returning families (families who leave and discontinue enrollment) and were issued a volunteer service deposit refund, will be considered a new family, issued a new family number and charged a New Family Registration fee.

Volunteer Service Deposit of $200
A deposit is required at New Family Registration (excluding Parent & Me-only families) to ensure fulfillment of 20 volunteer points per year. The Volunteer Service deposit is carried over each year, but continued enrollment for next academic year is contingent on fulfilling 20 service points or paying the charge of $20 per unfulfilled service point. 


Volunteer Service Deposit is refundable when families leave the school, providing the following:

  • Refund request is submitted within one year from the last day of the academic year of final enrollment. 

  • 20 volunteer service points fulfilled. For any unfulfilled service points, $20 per point will be subtracted from the deposit.

No refund will be issued if both of the above are not fulfilled.
