50th Anniversary
In February 2017, CLSSC celebrated 50 years of enriching the lives of Westside families with Chinese language and culture. The anniversary was celebrated by a proclamation from Councilmen Mike Bonin and a commemorative logo contest at our annual Chinese New Year Carnival.

50TH ANNIVERSARY LOGO CONTEST
To celebrate our 50th anniversary, a contest was held with CLSSC students submitting their own logo designs. From the four age groups, three winners were chosen in each age group to total twelve finalists. From the finalists, one overall winner was selected as the the official emblem of our 50th anniversary celebration. The winner was 6-year-old Antonio Chow 周道全 in the 2A1 class.
