Refund Policy
2023-2024 REFUND POLICY
To withdraw and apply for a refund, please submit the Intent to Withdraw/Refund Request Form through the button above. Indicate in the “Reason” field in the form whether you plan to only withdraw from Chinese/Extracurricular (EC) class for this school year, or to depart from our school (to request for service deposit refund).
Tuition refund policy:

100% tuition refund minus processing fee by October 1, 2023

50% tuition refund minus processing fee between October 2, 2023 and December 3, 2023

No tuition refunds given after December 3, 2023

Processing fees apply:

Withdrawal from Chinese class only: $50.00 per student

Withdrawal from Chinese class and Extracurricular (EC) class at the same time: $50.00 per student

Textbook fee will also be deducted.

Tuition refund policy for Extracurricular classes (EC):

100% refund minus processing fee by October 1, 2023

Withdrawal from Extracurricular (EC) class only: $30.00 per student

Withdrawal from Chinese class AND Extracurricular (EC) class at same time: $50.00 per student

If withdrawals from both the Chinese class and EC class are requested separately, separate fees will be charged.

Service Points Deposit refund policy:
For families departing the school, a refund for the Volunteer Service Point Deposit must be requested within one year from the last day of the academic year of last enrollment providing the required 20 volunteer service points were fulfilled. Any unfulfilled service points will be subtracted at $20 per point from the deposit. After that time, no refund will be granted.
