Refund Policy

2026-2027 REFUND POLICY
To withdraw and apply for a refund, please submit the Intent to Withdraw/Refund Request Form through the button above. Indicate in the “Reason” field in the form whether you plan to only withdraw from Chinese/Extracurricular (EC) class for this school year, or to depart from our school (to request for service deposit refund).

Tuition refund policy:

  • 100% tuition refund minus processing fee by October 1, 2026

  • 50% tuition refund minus processing fee between October 2, 2026 and December 3, 2026

  • No tuition refunds given after December 3, 2026

  • Processing fees apply: 

    • Withdrawal from Extracurricular (EC) class only:  $30.00 per student

    • Withdrawal from Chinese class only:  $200.00 per student

    • Withdrawal from both Chinese class and EC:  $230.00 per student


Service Points Deposit refund policy:​
For families departing the school, a refund for the Volunteer Service Point Deposit must be requested by June 1 of the following academic year​ providing the required 20 volunteer service points were fulfilled. Any unfulfilled service points will be subtracted at $40 per point from the deposit.  After that time, no refund will be granted.
