The Annual Meeting will be held at the Westside Chinese School auditorium from 8:45–11:45 a.m. on May 30, 2026. Families with students currently enrolled in full-time classes are eligible to vote (Parent and Me families are not eligible).

Each family receives one vote per currently enrolled student, and all voting must take place in person.​ Families unable to attend may designate a proxy to vote on their behalf. Proxy forms must be emailed to vpgeneralaffairs@westsidechineseschool.org by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. Families who previously designated a proxy for May 9, 2026, may either allow that proxy to vote at the May 30 Annual Meeting or vote in person, which will cancel the proxy designation. Each family may serve as proxy for up to two other families.​

Item 1:   Approval of proposed revised bylaws​

Item 2:   Election of next year’s Board of Directors

The Board consists of ten Directors. Under the current bylaws, the Teacher Representative serves ex officio as one of the ten Directors, so members will vote for nine open positions. Candidates are listed below in alphabetical order:
